- Facilities Management - Irene Blakey Good Shepherd Tower Site Manger
is available and can be contacted at (773) 643-5555. Tenants may
contact Ms. Blakey for appointments to discuss concerns about living
at the "Tower".
- Security - The security staff is competent and courteous and knows
the tenents by name. All security issues should be forwarded to the
building receptionist during the day and security staff may be
contacted directly at their station after 5:00 pm. Call
- Tenant - Emergency Response - manual bathroom emergency
alarm.
- Automated Tenant Monitoring with our "E-Gopher" Computer
System daily check-in feature ensures that all tenants are ok via
automated response in each apartment. This system is integrated with
the door access system. Computer records a button push every morining
indicating that "I'M OK" by the tenant. Reports are
generated by 10:00 am every day to determine if a staff member should
stop by.
