In that a great deal of attention focuses on our national network, your participation should provide you with all of the network's associated benefits and access to our data management reports.

Once again, to reiterate the major benefits our service will provide your organization:

      * Availability of in-store management information reports, showing you which albums, CDs, tapes, and singles are being sold nationally and in your local DMA market. This report will be mailed or e-mailed to you on a weekly basis.

      * Complete anonymity of your store's sales data. All stores' sales data released will be combined and compiled with other stores' data in your region.

      * Full technical support and programming assistance ensuring complete and accurate data transmission to our central computer.

Enclosed is our Sales Data Exchange Agreement outlining the terms, and responsibilities for your participation in our network.
